Friday After noon General Contractor Laborer left early & left sump pump lid opened & caused A workers vehicle fall inside that opening Monday Morning that wasn’t closed off .

This crane lifted a piece of equipment from a flatbed trailer. As the crane operator began to lower the equipment after the trailer was moved, the crane tipped over. The load was apparently above the limit of the crane, causing this scene. The operator was not injured since he was wearing his seatbelt. After the incident, there were additional measures implemented to insure that load limits were not exceeded again.

While performing a Life Safety inspection on a Hazmat locker, I discovered that the customers hanging paint utensil’s on the main Link line for the industrial dry chemical tank suppression system . It will have cause the system to discharge!

We had rain come into the shop by way of having the door open and we also had no wet floor signs. We now will have the doors shut during all weather and have wet floor signs in the case that any water accidentally enters the warehouse.

Walking through Rouses in Thibodaux when I saw this guy working on a neon sign display above the coolers. So as a tall individual must then offer my assistance, it’s in the code of tall people. I ask the guy to step off of the case of beer and I helped him take the sign down so that he could work on it and then got a step stool so that he could safely put the sign back up.
